Health Network North

What is Health Network North?

It is a membership-based Network created by The Academic Health Science Network for the North East and North Cumbria.

Health Network North will:

  • Work in partnership with the regional health economy, including the Integrated Care System and the Clinical Networks, to address unmet needs in the NHS and facilitate co-creation of solutions, between industry and the NHS
  • Support the adoption of appropriate solutions across the North East and North Cumbria region and the rest of England, via the AHSN Network
  • Drive patient care through the development of a new and improved products and services, as well as supporting economic growth
  • Showcase the latest enhancements in technology originating from industry and universities and support the NHS in the adoption of these
  • Deliver a series of dedicated workshops providing opportunities for networking and specialist training for both the NHS and industry

Membership of Health Network North are free of charge to all companies and healthcare staff, subject to completion of an engagement form.
