This resource has been compiled to signpost to online resources to help self-manage musculoskeletal conditions and maintain (or increase) physical activity during the period of coronavirus (COVID-19) social distancing.  It has been created to support individuals, patients, and clients.

There is a varied suite of activity and exercise to access online, from therapeutic exercises to help with pain and stiffness, through to high level exercise to build endurance and strength.

This may feel difficult or stressful, but there are lots of resources online to try, all of which could assist with improvements to wellbeing.

This is just a selection of activities that suit all abilities, all of which could be used whilst movement restrictions are in force and we must stay at home and avoid other people.
