The Emergency Department (ED) teams play a pivotal role in clinical decision making and onboarding patients when safe and appropriate to do so.

The event is delivered by the NENC and Y&H Respiratory Networks and Patient Safety Collaborative. The event will focus on:

1. Reviewing clinical decision making

2. Share the learning from areas where patients are being on boarded through EDs

3. Interactive Q&A session

4. Next steps

In the North East and North Cumbria and Yorkshire and Humber, the Patient Safety Collaborative and Respiratory Clinical Networks are providing support for teams. This event is aimed at front line clinicians, senior managers, and key support colleagues who are responsible for managing and delivering this work.
