ESCAPE Pain is a 6-week programme that uses exercise, education and strategies to help you increase your ability to exercise and manage your hip and knee joint pain better.

Completing this programme will help you to:

  • carry out normal activities
  • manage your symptoms
  • become more active
  • continue to exercise
